If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment or in-store purchase.

For store purchases, please stop by your local Southern Hippie and present your receipt.
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts - only for items that have gone on sale.
Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new gift card or e-gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit.
Sales tax is applied in each state that Southern Hippie has a retail store location and/or operates in.
If your order has been cancelled, this means that the item you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers. If indeed the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. If you ordered more than one item, your other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be canceled off your order.
All gift cards have no expiration date.
Gift cards (issued as a gift or store credit) can be used both in store and online regardless of if it is a physical gift card or an e-gift card.
