This Music Monday we're sharing a little local love for David Ramirez (who we recently saw perform at the Scoot Inn this past Saturday).
Ramirez's inspiration stems from a contemporary folk sound and influential singer/songwriters of the 60s and 70s.
His latest album, Fables, has really great pure songs that translate beautifully to live shows. Our favorite song on the album, Harder to Lie, showcases the emotional journey Ramirez took over the course of driving hundreds of miles around the country alone.
